I'm Andrew, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I'm excited to be joining the team at Unboxed Grace Counseling. I love God and I love people, in that order! I've worked with a variety of individuals and am passionate about helping others.
My Story
Education
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana. I earned my Master's Degree from Huntington University and I also have a Marketing Degree with a Music Business Concentration from Anderson University.

My Career
In my time as a counselor, I have worked with a wide variety of individuals from ages 6 to 60 struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and abnormal family dynamics. I use a wide array of therapy techniques, including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR. I also have experience with Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and suicide prevention.

The Personal Side
In addition to loving God and people, I love music! I have been a professional drummer since 2006 and I use drums to worship almost every weekend at my local church, County Line Church of God. I married my best friend, Valerie in 2017 and we have two beautiful little girls, Evelyn & Eleanor.
